TERMS & CONDITIONS - BLACK FRIDAY CYBER MONDAY SALE

1. SALE PERIOD

• Sale starts 28 November and ends December 2nd, 2024, at 11:59 PST.
• All times referenced are in Pacific Standard Time (PST)

2. DISCOUNTS & PRICING

• Discounts are non-stackable with other promotional codes, including social media, email, or affiliate offers
• Offers valid while stocks last
• One promotion per customer/household
• Prices are valid during the BFCM period only
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers without prior notice

3. ORDERING

• Orders are confirmed only after payment verification
• No rainchecks on sold-out items
• We reserve the right to:
  • Limit order quantities
  • Cancel orders that appear fraudulent
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors
• Orders cannot be modified once placed

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Extended shipping times may apply due to high order volume
• Standard shipping rates and policies apply
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Standard return policy applies to all BFCM purchases
• Returns will be refunded at the purchase price
• Proof of purchase required for all returns
• Refunds exclude shipping costs unless required by law

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Offers valid for retail customers only
• Valid only in United States and Canada.
• Minimum purchase requirements, if any, must be met after returns/cancellations
• Purchases cannot be exchanged for gifts or other items
• Void where prohibited by law
