Love this stuff

I panicked when I ran out and realized I need to set this up on automatic refill. This stuff works. I have mentioned it to several people only to find out how many people have trouble pooping! They are all ordering it now

I actually ordered this cereal and had it sent to my brothers house while staying with him at Thanksgiving. All I can say is that it works the way you would want it to. Good fiber, okay taste!
